A beloved local ski area reopening with a fresh new look
Since its opening in 1983, the Nikichimin Ski Area has been loved by the local community for nearly 40 years. It is scheduled to reopen after renovations in late December 2025.
The ski area features three courses: a gentle beginner course with mild slopes, an intermediate course ideal for wide and exhilarating turns, and an advanced course that includes both deep powder and moguls.
As a small local ski resort, it offers a welcoming and affordable environment for everyone—from beginners to advanced skiers.
