A Healing Path Experienced with All Five Senses

"Tengu-no-Mori", towering over the east of Shikoku Karst at an altitude of 1,485m, is a forest blessed with rich vegetation, including beech, Japanese stewartia (ヒメシャラ - Hime Shara), and Akebono rhododendron (アケボノツツジ - Akebono Tsutsuji). It has been certified as a "Forest Therapy Road".
The walking path is covered with cypress chips (ヒノキ - Hinoki), which help to reduce the burden on your legs and waist.
A signboard located right at the entrance provides a map of the therapy road and descriptions of the plants. It is recommended to enjoy a stroll while looking for the different plants.
Please do come and walk the path, seeking forest bathing, health promotion, and healing, surrounded by delicious air and mountain and field plants that change with the seasons.
