Ume no Sato Tsukigase Onsen

Opened in the summer of 1998, Ume no Sato Tsukigase Onsen has become a beloved place for rest and relaxation in Tsukigase. The hot spring is known not only for its effectiveness in treating neuralgia, joint pain, frozen shoulders, chronic digestive issues, and sensitivity to cold, but also for its emotionally enriching atmosphere that rejuvenates both body and mind.
The indoor baths are filled with sunlight, enhancing the onsen experience. Visitors can enjoy a variety of baths, fully immersing themselves in the pleasure of hot spring bathing.
After a good soak, a delicious meal awaits.
In the refreshment area, you'll also find state-of-the-art massage chairs and health-monitoring equipment.

〇 From Nara City: approx. 30 km via Yagyu (about 60 min)
〇 From Osaka/Nagoya: approx. 7 km from the Magoebashi IC, Haruta IC, or Shirakashi IC on the Meihan National Route (about 90 min from Osaka, 120 min from Nagoya)
〇 From Kyoto: approx. 68 km via Route 24 → Route 163 → Prefectural Road 753 (about 100 min)

【By train/bus】
〇 From Nara City:
• Approx. 1 hr 10 min by Nara Kotsu Bus from JR or Kintetsu Nara Station
• Approx. 40 min from JR Nara Station to Tsukigaseguchi Station (transfer at Kamo), then about 20 min by Mie Kotsu Bus (total approx. 1 hr 20 min)
Note: The train service between Kamo and Kameyama has limited runs. Please check schedules with JR West.

〇 From Iga City:
• About 30 min by Mie Kotsu Bus from Kintetsu Nabari or Kikyogaoka Station
• About 30 min by Mie Kotsu Bus from Kintetsu Uenoshi Station
