The globally popular soccer manga "Captain Tsubasa"

Yoichi Takahashi, the creator of "Captain Tsubasa," hails from Yotsugi in Katsushika District.
The setting "Nankatsu City" is named after Takahashi's alma mater, Nankatsu Katsushika High School.
There are nine large and small "Captain Tsubasa" bronze statues around Yotsugi Station and Keisei Tateishi Station, offering a delightful statue tour.
Original goods available only in Yotsugi are also sold at the Mai-road Yotsugi Shopping Street.
